1. Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund:

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of return.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank (some processing delays may apply)
