1. Return & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Return Process

- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
